Thats a really great and cute drawing style! I like it as much as the Doctor Who theme itself =)
I like the Background, any tipps how you did this? Did you used filters or some kind of brush setting?

@Vertixico: Thanks! and in answer to your question-- The background is painted using a mix of custom photoshop brushes, with a color gradient overlay, and a noise filter over the entire image to add a unifying grainy look.
